4. Who we share it with

We use trusted providers to run the Academy. They act on our instructions and must keep your information safe.

If you are on a team licence, your team lead can see your email address and that you are a member. If you join a Careers Accelerator run, we share your name and email with the product owner so they can give you access. Anyone with your certificate number can see the details shown on the verification page. We may share information if the law requires it, or with professional advisers. If our business is ever sold, your information may pass to the new owner under the same protections. We never sell your information.

5. Transfers outside the UK

Some of our providers store or process information outside the UK, including in the European Economic Area and the United States. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or on contracts approved by the UK Information Commissioner, such as the International Data Transfer Addendum, to protect your information.

6. How long we keep it

7. Information on your device

Most tools save what you type, such as projects, notes and survey data, only in your browser's storage on your own device. It is not sent to us and we cannot see or recover it. Clearing your browser data deletes it, so use each tool's backup option.

The site also stores a few items in your browser so it works properly: your sign-in session, whether you have joined, a random device code for paid tools, and a copy of the paid tool content for offline use, which is checked at least every 14 days.

8. Cookies and similar technology

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not use analytics that follow you across sites. The browser storage described above is strictly necessary to provide the service you asked for, so it does not need your consent. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie to protect the site from attacks. Stripe sets its own cookies on its payment pages to prevent fraud.

9. Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. You can withdraw consent for news emails at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us. To use your rights, email ajayitolu677@gmail.com. We will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.

10. Security

Information is encrypted in transit, access to our database is restricted, and sign-in requires you to confirm your email address. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep access to your email account safe and tell us if you notice anything unusual.

11. Children

The Academy is for adults and students aged 16 and over. Paid courses and licences are for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

12. Changes and contact

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top, and tell you by email if the change is significant. Questions about privacy go to ajayitolu677@gmail.com.
