1. Who we are

SynaptiQ Digital Academy is run by PIKN.ID CONSULTING LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 12318778), registered office 2 Bluebells Way, Moulton, Northampton NN3 7TE, United Kingdom. In these pages, "we", "us" and "our" mean that company. You can contact us at ajayitolu677@gmail.com.

2. Using these terms

These terms apply when you use the SynaptiQ Digital Academy website, its free resources, its paid courses and its paid tools (together, "the Academy"). By creating an account or buying anything, you agree to them. Please also read our privacy policy and refund policy, which form part of these terms.

If you buy as a consumer, you keep all your rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Nothing in these terms reduces those rights. If you buy for an organisation, for example a team licence paid by your employer, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for that organisation.

You must be 18 or over to buy a course or licence. Free resources may be used from age 16.

3. Your account

4. Free resources

Free courses, guides, case studies, templates, prompt libraries and the free parts of our tools are provided free of charge after you sign in. You may use them for your own learning and in your own work, including with your employer and clients. You may not sell them, republish them as your own, put them behind a paywall, or copy substantial parts of them into another product or training course without our written permission.

Several tools store what you type only in your own browser on your own device. We cannot see or recover that information. Use the backup and export options in each tool to keep a copy.

5. Paid courses

6. Exams and certificates

7. Careers Accelerator

If you choose a Careers Accelerator or cohort option, you can join a three-month Artificial Intelligence evaluation run, evaluating the outputs of a real product in beta testing, alongside other learners. This gives you practical experience that you can describe on your CV.

8. Paid tools and licences

The UCD Readiness Tracker and the UXR Methods Toolkit each have free parts and a full version. Buying a licence unlocks the full version.

Who a licence covers

What you must not do

A licence lasts for as long as we run the tool. If we ever stop offering a tool, we will give at least 90 days' notice and a way to export your own data, and we will offer a partial refund to anyone who bought a licence in the 12 months before the notice.

9. Prices and payment

10. Cancelling and refunds

How to cancel, when you can get a refund, and how your consumer rights apply to digital content are explained in our refund and cancellation policy.

11. Acceptable use

Please do not use the Academy to break the law, harass anyone, upload harmful code, try to get into accounts or systems that are not yours, overload the site, or collect other people's information. Do not put personal information about real research participants into shared or public areas.

12. Our content

We, or the people who license material to us, own the content of the Academy, including text, videos, tools, templates, questions and designs. Apart from the uses allowed in these terms, you may not copy or reuse it without our written permission. Product names mentioned on the site, such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, belong to their owners. The Academy is independent and is not endorsed by them.

13. Not professional advice

Our courses teach you how to evaluate Artificial Intelligence systems. They are not legal, medical, financial or career advice, and you should not rely on any example in them as advice about a real case or patient. Information about job platforms, roles and pay rates is a snapshot from public sources at the time of writing and may have changed. We do not guarantee any job, income or result.

The UCD Readiness Tracker is a practical interpretation of the Service Standard to help teams prepare. It is not an official assessment and does not replace guidance from your assessment team.

14. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Academy available and accurate, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We may update content to keep it current. If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top. If a change affects something you have already paid for in a significant way, we will tell you by email, and if you do not accept it you can cancel and receive a refund for any part you have not yet used.

15. Our responsibility to you

16. Ending your access

You can stop using the Academy and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing ajayitolu677@gmail.com. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, for example by sharing a licence or an exam. Where we do this, we will tell you why. If we end your access without a good reason, we will refund you for any paid access you have not used.

17. Law and complaints

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts. If you have a complaint, please email ajayitolu677@gmail.com and we will reply within 14 days. If we cannot resolve it, you can use the courts or an alternative dispute resolution service.
